The ACT paralegal will work closely with the ACT practice support manager and ACT attorneys to manage electronic and hard copy documents; to assist with preparing filings, memoranda, and other work product; and to prepare for trial. A successful candidate will have, or will quickly develop, the foresight to anticipate and respond to the needs of the attorneys, the clients and/or the case as necessary. Key responsibilities and deliverables Assist with preparation of court filings, document productions, and other materials.
